The instrument must also be able to measure von Willebrand antigen and von Willebrand activity. OUS' current method for von willebrand activity does not include ristocetin and states linearity down to 19 % and OUS must have a method that can measure low, pathological level (< 10 %). Approx. 2 000 von willebrand factors, both antigen and activity, are carried out per annum. In addition, OUS carries out measurements of anti-cardiolipin antibodies IgG and IgM and anti-ß2 Glykoprotein–I IgM and IgG. 9683450.00 Oslo University HF [Oslo University Hospital Health Trust — OUS]. OUS shall procure an instrument that can automatically measure the following analyses: Anti-cardiolipin antibodies IgG and IgM, as well as anti-ß2 Glycroprotein-I IgM and IgG. In addition, measurements are made of anti-cardiolipin antibodies IgG and IgM and anti-ß2 Glycoprotein–I IgM and IgG (approx. 4500 of each analysis per annum), and, in the current situation, OUS only has one instrument for this purpose. OUS therefore needs a back-up instrument that has the same level and precision as the existing measuring method. Recent published guidelines from the International society of thrombosis and hemostasis (ISTH) recommend that the precision for automated systems shall be < 10 %. (J Thromb Haemost. 2014 May;12 (5):792-5.) and OUS wants an instrument that fulfils this requirement. The instrument shall be a table model. We have room for an instrument with a maximum size of 80 cm (depth) x 100 (width). The instrument shall be able to be connected on-line and it shall not have special water and drainage requirements. The procurement also includes signing a framework agreement for the purchase of the equipment specified consumables. This framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1 year at a time for as long as the equipment is in use. The award of contract for consumables will follow the award of contract for the purchase of the instrument. Service agreements. This framework agreement will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for 1 year at a time for as long as the equipment is in use. The award of contract for consumables will follow the award of contract for the purchase of the instrument. The conclusion for procuring this equipment via an intention notice is: An instrument shall be procured that can automatically measure the following analyses; anti-cardiolipin antibodies IgG and IgM, as well as anti-ß2 Glycoprotein–I IgM and IgG. The instrument must also be able to measure von Willebrand antigen and von Willebrand activity. There is room for an instrument with a maximum size of 80 cm (depth) x 100 (width). The instrument shall be able to be connected on-line and it shall not have special water and drainage requirements. Only ACC Nordic AS can deliver an analysis machine as described in the intention notice.
