Short description
Swedavia is to procure and implement a Planning System Support Solution that support business requirements and ensures an efficient staff planning process within flight operations.
Swedavia wants to achieve a steadier work load, quick handling of leave applications, overview of current assignments, overview of staff requirements and costs, as well as simulate future needs.
Areas in scope of this procurement are:
•Long term planning
•Tracking & adjustment
•Day of operation
•Absence planning
•Vacation planning
•Business Intelligence
•Individual schedules
Areas in scope shall be connected to flight traffic and operational tasks within flight operations.
The intention is to procure a licensed solution where Swedavia owns the rights to use the system for an unlimited period of time. Hosting will be performed by Swedavia with option of outsourcing, while the supplier shall be responsible for maintenance. In addition to the software licenses required for a Planning System Support Solution, the scope includes services for the implementation of an integrated solution.
These services are:
• Responsible for the complete implementation of the System e.g. planning, analysis, design, configuration, development, installation, migration, integration, tests and deployment of the solution to three of Swedavia’s major airports with option for additional airports.
• Training services e.g. training of Swedavias trainers and end users, training material, training plan.
Tenders will be evaluated in accordance with the fulfilment of lowest price.
