The judicial services included in this contract involves proceeding assignments for the court of justice and continuous judicial consultancy services, both in writing and verbally, for land acquisitions and rights (primarily subsequent to the confirmed zoning plans) for national and county roads. This includes i.a. evaluations, revaluation, development land consolidation, negotiations and amicable settlements and equivalent. The contracting authority has the authority to attend to land acquisitions on behalf of the counties. The given power of authority is subject to change.
Vest-Agder and Aust-Agder counties shall enter into an agreement with 1 provider who shall cover both counties.
Telemark, Vestfold and Buskerud counties shall enter into agreements with 2 providers who shall cover all three counties.
