The Norwegian Government is considering funding the upgrading/new building of a Centre for Marin Technology in Trondheim, Norway. State funding of the Ocean Space Centre may contain state aid. For the state aid assessment it is necessary with a background report which describes how similar centres are financed and how they operate.
The Ministry therefore needs a new report on the global market marine technology research, which should build on the existing market study on marine technology research which was written by Oxford Research and published on 31.7.2014.
