The construction will include, amongst other things:
— Disassembly of the internal ceiling, cleaning steel framework, assessment of the condition and possible engineering design services for and execution of reinforcements, construction of a new internal ceiling, damp course, insulation, etc.
— Securing vertical cornice sheets around the entire building.
— Removal of existing tiles in the barefoot area in the swimming pool, establishment of a new membrane and new tiles.
— Renovation of an external concrete staircase and railings.
— Renovation of administration areas.
— Various minor work.
Estimated volume: 12 000 000 — 15 000 000 NOK.
Requirement for those carrying out the work: PRO og UTF, probably TK 2.
HVAC and sanitation will include:
— Replacing two ventilation aggregates with dehumidification.
— Assembly of two new electrical boilers.
— Various auxiliary work.
Estimated volume: 2 500 000 — 3 000 000 NOK.

Electro will include:
— Various auxiliary work.
Estimated volume: 3 000 000 — 500 000 NOK.
Swimming pool engineering:
— Various new equipment.
