Hadsel Eiendom KF invites tenderers to participate in a competition for the construction of 20 sheltered accommodation flats in Stokmarknes, between the existing nursing home and Dr. Thodes gate. The contracts include construction work, technical installations and lifts.
Construction works.
The building is planned to have 2 storeys for sheltered accommodation flats and a basement under parts of the building. The supporting system will mainly be concrete cast on site and the floor divider will be from prefabricated elements.
The outer walls are planned to be timber framework.
The total area will be 2 200 m².
HVAC and sanitary installations.
HVAC and sanitary installations shall be assembled, which includes delivery of equipment and assembly of sanitary, heating, ventilation and automation installations.
Electrotechnical installations.
Electrotechnical installations shall be assembled, which includes delivery of equipment and assembly of electrical installations, tele and automation installations and lift installations, in the form of the delivery and assembly of 2 person/stretcher lifts.
