Based on Skyss' strategy, the objective of this contract is to enable Skyss to communicate with as many travellers as possible when they are travelling, at the time when most of them are travelling, in order to get information about the travellers' experience of the transport. The contracting authority wishes this to be done in a simple and efficient way for the passengers and for Skyss. Skyss wishes to enter into a contract with an offensive and innovative joint venture partner who can contribute to keeping Skyss updated on the newest methods for customer interviews and customer analyses. Skyss' future joint venture partner must be a participant who is offensive in relation to knowledge and sharing knowledge.
