The upgrading of Valdreshallen to a multi-purpose hall with a universal design, as well as a new building for the comprehensive school level. Valdreshallen shall be constructed with the new school by constructing an intermediate building at the entrance area for the hall and the current school building The intermediate building shall contain an entrance area for the hall and a school.
