The Norwegian Armed Forces intends to enter into a framework agreement for landline telephony services on behalf of the following authorities: the Norwegian Armed Forces, the Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency, the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency, the Norwegian Defence Research Establishment, and the National Security Authority.
