Drammen municipality is preparing a long-term focus on local development for up to year 2020 for the Fjell district. One of the main measures are development of the central areas with a new square, sports hall and activity centre. Fjell School (1-7) shall also be expanded and renovated.
The construction works shall be executed as a turnkey contract and the contract will be awarded in accordance with a restricted tender contest.
Stage 1 of the tender contest (prequalification) will be published during spring 2017.
The purpose of the prior information notice is to inform interested contractors about the project and facilitate a good procurement process. An information meeting will be held in Fjell District Building during February 2017. The objective of the meeting is to present the contracting authority's organisation and general plan for the implementation of the tender contest and construction works.
