THE CONTRACT; The Contracting Authority wants to use this competition to enter into contract for the delivery of fireworks for New Years Eve 2017/2018 and 2018/2019, with an option on a further 1 year + 1 year. The Contracting Authority hopes for all generations in town to congregate for common fireworks in the respective districts to celebrate the beginning of the new year. Ethical trade; The framework agreement shall i.a. give the Contracting Authority the highest possible security that the goods delivered under this agreement are manufactured in ethically sound conditions, referred to as ethical trade. Ethical trade is the work companies do to ensure that the goods they buy are made in accordance with the manufacturing country's own laws and in accordance with internationally recognised labour standards and for environmental protection. Ethical requirements describe the minimum standards for these areas. To achieve this, the Contracting Authority employs ethical requirements as contract ethical requirements contractual terms, see attached. Qualification Requirements related to ethical trade will also be set, and attached. Subject to changes in these requirements in ordinary announcements. Supplier conference; In this phase the Contracting Authority would like dialogue with potential tenderers for the best possible competitive tender documentation, and therefore encourages these tenderers to send written input to the conditions that the Contracting Authority should uphold in this regard. Among other things, we want input on how we can best deal with environmental concerns. The tenderers can also contact the Contracting Authority to arrange a 1:1 meeting to present input (NB that this should not be in the form of a sales meeting, but should be an opportunity to present the information that creates the best possible competition for all interested tenderers).
