The Regional Centre for Co-ordination of Medical Technical Equipment (henceforth also referred to as MTU) is assigned by HSØ, to enter into a framework agreement for the deliveries of C-arms. Oslo University Hospital, including the Division for Strategy and procurements, is responsible for managing the MTU in HSØ.
HSØ comprises the following health trusts:

— Oslo University Hospital [Oslo University Hospital]
— The Psychiatry in Vestfold
— Sunnaas sykehus [Sunaas Hospital]
— Sykehuset i Vestfold [Vestfold Hospital]
— Sykehuset Innlandet [Innlandet Hospital]
— Sykehuset Telemark [Telemark Hospital]
— Sørlandet sykehus [Sørlandet Hospital]
— Vestre Viken [Vestre Viken Health Region]
— Sykehuset Østfold [Østfold Hospital]
— Sykehusapotekene [The Hospital Pharmacies]
The framework agreement period is 2 years with an option for 2 years (1+1) extension.
Oslo University Hospital hereby invites suppliers for participation in one-on-one dialogue meetings. The maximum length of the meeting with each supplier is 40 minutes.
The presentation shall be held at the Medical Technical Activity Area (henceforth also referred to as MTV), 2nd floor, D3.3021B (RH MTV Meeting room), Rikshospitalet, Sognsvannsveien 20, Oslo.
The presentation shall contain the following:
— A brief company and product presentation
— Presentation of possible product news
— Feedbacks for preparing the categorisation of C-arms in the framework agreement
