On behalf of Vadsø municipality (the Contracting Authority) we invite tenderers to participate in an open tender contest — a parallel framework agreement for the procurement of residential and care services. Finnut Consult AS is assisting with the implementation of the tender competition. The contracting authority wishes to receive tenders for the period 2017 — 2020. The services shall start at the latest by 1 February 2017.
The estimated value of the service is 5 000 000 NOK in 2016. The historical consumptions can, with major reservations, only be used as an estimate for the expected consumption in the next period, as the requirement for residential and care services vary. The contracting authority will not be bound to procure services for a fixed sum, but will procure services when needed. The contracting authority wishes to emphasise that the tender should be in accordance with the instructions described in the Mercell system. Incomplete tender responses, or responses containing reservations, errors or ambiguities that may create doubt about how the tender should be assessed, will be rejected. Non-compliance with the tender documentation shall be described clearly and precisely.
