NVE (Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate) wants to enter into an agreement with one supplier for the lease of 1 digital colour press for NVE's own digital in-house printshop. NVE has currently a Xerox Colour 800 machine and wishes to procure a new machine in the segment below.
