The Contracting Authority shall collect tenders for the delivery of tradesman services and materials for the execution of maintenance on the Contracting Authority's buildings. The disciplines for which tenders are requested are carpenter, mason, tiler, painter, interior plumbing and electrical work.

It is possibly to submit tenders on 1 or more of the service groups.
