The Contracting Authority requests tenders for a framework agreement for water surveys (water samples, sediment samples, analyses and reports, some consultancy with measure proposals and simple engineering design) for the entire Region East. I.e. Oslo, Akershus, Østfold, Hedmark and Oppland.
