A high content imaging platform will be installed at the Department of Medical Biochemistry at Oslo University Hospital, Rikshospitalet. The instrument will be integrated in the regional core facility for advanced light microscopy (the Gaustad node). Intended applications include:
1) Phenotypic screens using RNAi, siRNA, shRNA or CRISPR libraries in yeast, mammalian cells and model organizmes
2) Morphological and cell survival screens using drug libraries
3) Live imaging experiments in multiwall plates.
