The aim of the contract is to cover Sporveien's need for:
1) Major events with a total concept, production and deliveries from A to Z (service area 1). 2 year parallel framework agreements will be signed with 2-4 tenderers for this service area;
2) Minor events (production of minor events, stunts, happenings, operative assistance) managed by Sporveien (service area 2). A 2 year framework will only be signed with 1 tenderer for this service area.
