Stavanger, Sandnes, Sola and Randaberg municipalities, henceforth also referred as the Contracting Authority, shall carry out a tender contest for a new framework agreement concerning joinery and carpentry works with accompanying materials.
The framework agreement shall include municipal buildings and residences in the municipalities, including schools, nursery schools, residential and activity centres, nursing homes, retirement homes, swimming pools and sports centres, office buildings, arts centres, municipal rental housing, health centres, etc. Private nursing homes in Stavanger municipality shall also be able to enter into the agreement.
The procurement includes i.a. the following services:
Maintenance and ongoing work;
Major planned jobs;
Emergency repairs.
The preliminary estimated contract value is 152 000 000 NOK excluding VAT
The Contracting Authority invites the market to a dialogue meeting. The target group is contractors with an interest in submitting a tenders in the competition for a new framework agreement for the delivery of carpentry and joinery works, with accompanying materials.
The main objective of the dialogue meeting is that the municipality can present its needs and in dialogue with contractors, shall illuminate and discuss them, as well as challenges and possibilities connected to the relevant procurement. The Contracting Authority requests inputs for good ways to address these. The suggestions from the tenderers will be an important contribution to covering the needs for users in a better contract for all parties.
The meeting minutes will be published on Doffin/TED after the dialogue meeting. After the dialogue meeting, suppliers will be able to come with suggestions for the procurement in writing and possibly in 1:1 meetings
