Bergen municipality with joint venture partners shall enter into a new agreement for production and deliveries of dinners to retirement and nursing homes, etc., and service recipients living at home. Bergen municipality's joint venture venture partners (municipalities and private nursing homes) shall be able to enter into the agreement. The contract is for the purchase and delivery of a total of approx. 900 000 dinner-sized portions annually. Of this approx. 700 000 portions shall be delivered to institutions etc. and approx. 200 000 portions shall be delivered to service recipients living at home. Invitation to dialogue meetings: Bergen municipality would like input from suppliers in the market. Individual dialogue meetings will be held with suppliers who register their interest. Bergen municipality wishes to start a dialogue with the service providers in order to identify and discuss the requirements, as well as challenges and possibilities related to the relevant procurement. Input from service providers will be an important contribution to improve the users' requirements, and to prepare a good contract The dialogue meetings are scheduled to 22 and 23 September. Address: the Procurement Section's premises in Fortunen 3, 6th floor, Bergen. 1 hour dialogue meetings for each service provider will be held. The service providers can register their interest through the communication module in Mercell. The deadline for registering interest is 19 September. The registration shall contain the following information: Company, name and roles of the service providers's participant, requested meeting date and time (e.g. 22 September 9:00 — 10:00). Confirmation/Information of date and time for each providers will be sent out on by 20 September. The subjects for the dialogue meetings are attached for preparation to the meeting.
