Oslo municipality, c/o the Development and Competence Agency, the Department for Group procurements, hereby publish a prior information notice for the purchase of work clothes and footwear to Oslo municipality's activities.
The agreement also includes Oppegård, Lørenskog, Vestby, Frogn, Ås and Nesodden municipalities.
We are doing this as a preliminary project before the publication of the competition, which will be published shortly. We would like to use this prior information notice to come into contact with the market in order to get feedback on our requirements in the competition. We would like to hold an open tender contest, where framework agreements are signed with up to 2 tenderers. This means that 1 agreement for work clothes to the health care sector, and 1 agreement for work clothes and footwear to the technical sector, shall be entered into.
We would like feedback on the requirements in the above documents. We would like feedback on what you do not understand, do not agree with, requirements you believe are wrong and any requirements that can prevent competition. We would also like a reason for your opinions, with a referral to the requirement/section in the documents.
Input from the market will be processed by the Agency for Improvement and Development, the Group Procurements Department, possibly in consultation with a multi-disciplinary procurement team when appropriate. Based on the feedback from the market, an assessment will be made as to what extent the input will be followed with resulting changes in the competition documents. We will not answer questions about the prior information notice and feedback will not be given on the input that is received. If answers to questions are wanted, the question must be asked in the competition, which will be announced at a later date. Input shall be a maximum of 2 pages, sent by e-mail to willy.ekstrom@uke.oslo.kommune.no by 16.9.2016 at 12:00. Input from the market will be treated confidentially and will not be made public to the degree that the Freedom of Information Act allows.
Note: This is a prior information notice and not the actual competition, tenders shall, therefore, not be submitted for this prior information notice. We would only like feedback as described above.
