2.1 Purpose of the procurement:
Norway Post wants to buy electrical trolleys. The trolleys will be used in city centers/high riser routes, typically 100-150 stops.
Norway Post wants to enter into one framework agreement in this purchasing process.
2.2 Content and scope of the procurement:
Today Norway Post has approx. 140 trolleys of this type. A max. of 30 — 40 trolleys are estimated to be replaced each year.
The framework agreement will be a nationwide contract.
2.3 Quality:
The trolley must be able to operate all year around regardless of weather and temperature, hence the vehicle must withstand temperatures from + 40 to — 25 degrees. It must also be capable of charging in cold garages, as it often will be charged in facilities without heating.
The trolley must have 2 rooms with a lid on both rooms, and the payload must be minimum 150 kg.
A typical route will be about 10 km long with a duration of 7 hours per day, the trolley must have a battery capacity than will last for a minimum of 7 hours without recharging.
