The requirement that shall be covered through the procurement can be summarised to a
case management system that supports the Norwegian Health Network's work processes
based on ITIL. The system shall be an electronic interaction system that
includes case management, CMDB, a portal for self-service and options for
integration with underlying systems such as telephony, systems for
configuration/administration of equipment and other systems with
key information about customers, prices, etc.
