The Health Agency in Oslo kommune extends an invitation to potential tenderers of electronic lock systems to attend an initial dialogue.
The Health Agency/The Home Services employees currently use keys when they need to unlock doors to gain entry to a user of their services. In this instance, ‘user’ means the person receiving health and care services in their own home. Collecting and distribution of keys between employees involves significant logistics and use of time. The Healthy Agency believes that an electronic lock system could assist in releasing the time involved. Furthermore The Health Agency envisages that the electronic lock system can assist in easy execution of practical roster changes in the work plans based on emergency needs during the watch, for example with calls to the alarm centres. This can assist to increase the quality of the service.
The objective of the dialogue is first and foremost to provide knowledge of the systems currently in the market. The Healthy Agency also wants to highlight the issues that must be straightened out, before The Health Agency implements a possible competition related to the need.
The market dialogue will take place in 2 parts: 1) Forwarding of a written presentation of the tenderer's system. 2) 1-1 meeting with The Health Agency.
