Øygarden municipality wishes to enter into a framework agreement for covering the municipality's requirements on engineering design, project and construction management. Option for 2 year prolongation of the contract.
The assignment includes engineering design, project and construction management for municipal engineering infrastructure and municipal buildings and facilities. The Project management shall be the coordinating function between the various assignments implemented by the tenderers.
An overview of planned projects, plan charts and investment plans are included in the tender documents. See annexes 1A, 1B or 1C. These plans may be subject to change.
The Municipality currently executes own project management for certain facilities. Self-management will be relevant for a small part of the project and will continue in the agreement period. Øygarden municipality also wants to use the tenderer for smaller separate assignments as consulting engineer.
