Horten municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement to cover the municipality's continuous need for electro installation work.
A contract is wanted with three tenderers. Assignments will be awarded to the tenderers according to the following criteria/procedure: First tenderer a will be asked, if they cannot deliver in accordance with the order (capacity and competence), the enquiry will go the tenderer b and finally to tenderer c. The ranking of the tenderers (a, b and c) will be decided during the evaluation of the award criteria. A separate contract will be signed for a duty scheme outside normal working hours with tenderer a.
The municipality can hold mini-competitions for projects over 100 000 NOK.
Contracts for major projects can be exempted from the contract.
