Short description

The Civil Defence needs a new administration system, which shall take care of several of the individual applications that we currently have. The system shall also be able to facilitate the needs in DSB's activities in general.

DSB will join up with a stable and future orientated tenderer for the delivery of an administration system for the Civil Defence. The administration system shall take care of personnel, logistics, reporting, information and management systems. A concept review has shown that it will be possible for the Civil Defence to replace the current tailor-made systems with a standardised ERP system. The ERP system ought to have good functional coverage within HR, Logistics, Project and Management Information. It is not an absolute requirement that all functions are covered within 1 and the same integrated system, but the responsibility for the delivery shall lie with 1 main supplier, who will be the Contracting Authority's contract party.

The main aim of the implementation of a new administration system is to ensure that the Civil Defence has systems that contribute to the department being able to solve its statutory assignments in the most efficient and responsible way. The new system shall be flexible as regards process and organisational changes and it shall provide access to information that will enable efficient management and control. At the same time the new system shall ensure that DSB has computer systems that support the work connected to the management of international operations (NST/NUS).

The qualification documentation is attached, which gives a further account of the wanted system functionality, as well as the terms and conditions for the implementation of and participation in the qualification phase, in addition to an account of the selection of tenderers in the qualification phase. Requests for qualification with responses to the qualification requirements and selection criteria shall be submitted in TendSign, as stated below.

Tenderers must cover costs themselves for the preparation and submission of a request for qualification, participation in the open day, dialogue conference etc.
