The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure that UiO's buildings are properly managed and maintained. The framework agreement shall cover the Contracting Authority's continuous requirement for plumbing. The agreement will also include urgent assignments.
The Contracting Authority shall enter into a framework agreement with minimum 3 and maximum 5 tenderers, provided that a sufficient number of suitable tenders has been received.
