Trondheim municipality has great ambitions for the renewal of our ICT platform for education in the coming years. As a part of this ambition, we would like, via this notice, to identify possible collaboration partners, suppliers and models for the delivery of a future orientated education administration system (OAS) for the education sector in Trondheim. The target is that the OAS shall cover large parts of the administration for nurseries, schools and before-and-after-school care. In addition the OAS can be required to cover parts of the service administration connected to special education.
