The Agency for Water and Sewerage Works is planning to publish a tender contest for parallel framework agreements for environment surveys, consultancy and engineering design services.
The purpose of the prior information notice is to establish a dialogue with the market regarding the attached price form draft that shall be used in the tender contest. Potential tenderers are therefore invited to participate in a meeting 11.2.2016 from 13:00 until 14:30 in our premises, Herslebs gate 5, Oslo. Relevant tenderers are invited to attend the meeting. Tenderers are requested to give feedback as soon as possible and by 10.2.2015 at the latest on participation in the meeting to: espen.erland@vav.oslo.kommune.no and postmottak@vav.oslo.kommune.no
The tenderers are requested to use the above mentioned e-mail addresses to submit any questions in advance. This will give the contracting authority an opportunity to prepare the answers. Questions will be anonymous.
