a. The construction of a Health Centre which shall contribute to providing high-quality services that also facilitate good frames for treating, preventing and improving health.
b. The Health Centre shall be designed in such a way that the services are facilitated to the user, good utilisation of the building's area and cross-sectional joint use.
c. Implementation of ‘Smart House Technologies’ where this contributes to increased quality, efficiency, security and dignity for the user, as well as contribute to strengthening the individual's empowerment capability.
d. The building shall be designed with flexible solutions in such a way that it is possibilities for rearrangement of premises if the the requirement for long-term — short-term places, psychiatry and any other type of premises are changing.
e. The sheltered shall be situated at the site in such a way that they achieve good light conditions.
