NSB invites tenderers to pre-qualification in a contract competition.
Until now, NSB has had agreements with multiple consulting companies in digital development and management (for example individual agreements for development and management of nsb.no, the mobile app, and the entertainment app, etc). The current agreements expire in 2016.
These agreements now need to be renewed through a new competition. To ensure an omni-channel and overall development and access to expertise and resources connected to development and management, we want to enter into agreement with a tenderer that includes all digital channels. It will also enable easier agreement management, more flexibility and lower management and development costs.
The delivery includes consulting, design, development and management in all digital customer areas. Hereunder web pages (i.a. nsb.no), portal solutions, Sales app (on Android, iOS and Windows), Entertainment App, (on Android and iOS), TIDR, Wearables and future digital solutions.
The delivery shall contain, but not be limited to:
Digital development and innovation
— Development of future digital images with the customer in mind.
— Innovation and concept development.
— General cooperation between digital channels.
— Strategic consultancy.
— Design.
— Development.
— Test.
— Integration.
— Project deliveries.
— Development management.
— Documentation.
Administration:
— Effective management of digital services and platforms.
— Consulting.
— Reporting.
The objective is to find a partner who can cover a general need in digital development, innovation and management. Hereunder both design, consulting and development/programming.
The tenderer shall ensure effective and customer oriented digital development and innovation across channels. This shall ensure high cost efficiency and short time to market.
The tenderer shall also manage the digital platforms in a secure and cost effective manner. This shall ensure high up time, stable systems and predictable and low costs.
