The amount of the loan: 72 074 310 NOK.
Payment date: Immediately after the contract has been signed.
Serial loan, 2 instalments per annum over a 37 years period.
Floating interest related to NIBOR 3md (interest method 365/360).
The interest for a new 3 month period is decided 2 bank days prior to the beginning of the calculation period. NIBOR is registered on Reuters at 12:00 on the relevant day.
The contracting authority also requests tenders for fixed-rate for 3, 5, 8 and 10 years respectively.
Fixed or floating interest rate will be decided at a later date.
