Turnkey contract for the construction of a new lower secondary school. The contract also includes the demolition of the existing secondary school.
The project shall be based on a preliminary project prepared by L2 arkitekter AS. The architect will be transferred to the turnkey contractor.
The preliminary projects shows a net area of approx. 4 800 m².
