As stated in the information documents given at the market meeting, the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration, henceforth referred to as NAV, plans to enter into 2 contracts related to the implementation of the Parent allowance project in Project 2. 1 of the contract includes assistance for the customer side of the project. The second contract includes the development of a new decision platform including a case handling system for parent allowances. Information about a new administration agreement for Arena will also be given. Arena is a case handling system that support the follow-up work.
