Customer's requirements to the Assignment:
— The advisor shall plan, establish and implement the market test.
— The advisor shall identify and establish dialogue between potential customers / investors and Statnett.
— If there are sufficient interest, the advisor shall assist Statnett in first round negotiations regarding terms of contract with interested customers / investors.
End result / final solution of the Assignment is:
— Assessment and conclusion of market interest of providing financing
— Commitment from customers / investors to later enter contracts for financing of the fibre project shall be secured by 30.11.2015. The advisor shall assist Statnett assessing the form of the commitment.
