The Danish Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) is for air navigation purposes planning to procure new TACtical Air Navigation (TACAN) flight inspection test set and TACAN ground systems.
The contractor will be responsible for the installation, testing, training and setting-to-work of the TACAN flight inspection test set and TACAN ground systems.
The contractor must have an, by DALO, acceptable quality assurance management system.
The contractor must be willing to provide a system support and sustainment contract (framework agreement) for a period of minimum 4 years after the end of the warranty period.
Before launching the tender procedure for the award of the contract, DALO has decided to initiate a technical dialogue with the market. The purpose of the technical dialogue is to gain further information about various topics and to give DALO even broader background knowledge about the possibilities in the market. The information gathered will be used in the preparation of the final specification for the TACAN flight inspection test set and TACAN ground systems, and other planning of the tender material. The dialogue will be with duly respect for the general principles of equal treatment and non-discrimination.
DALO has prepared a questionnaire to the market. Any potential applicant in the forthcoming tender procedure is encouraged to submit a request for the questionnaire by e-mail to the contact person stated above. The questionnaire can be requested until the 23.6.2015 at 13:00 CET. The answers must be returned to the DALO point of contract no later than 23.7.2015 at 1 pm CET.
DALO is expected to acquire one TACAN flight inspection test set and 4 TACAN ground systems via the agreement that shall also be supported and sustained via a framework agreement.
