The assignment comprises:
— Operation and monitoring of ICT Orkide's central ICT system (approx. 150 servers and infrastructure)
— Option for operation and monitoring of equipment located in the 13 member municipalities' premises.
— A framework agreement concerning the delivery of equipment (computer rooms, servers, infrastructure).
