The Contracting Authority wants to enter into framework agreement for the hire of lorries (hereafter called tipper trucks) with or without trailers, including drivers and hire of vehicles with crane, including drivers, beyond what can be covered by the Agency for Water and Sewerage Works' own capacity. Assignments are to be executed in connection with repairs and upgrading of the the Agency for Water and Sewerage Works' pipe network etc.
Drivers must be flexible on tasks that are assigned. This can also include work outside of the vehicles such as participating in incidental building and construction work as needed. The expected distribution between driving and incidental building and construction work is respectively approx. 60/ 40 (percentage shares).
