The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with an energy manager who can provide electrical energy, portfolio management, settlement services for electrical energy and network hire, as well as administrative services connected to installations and the delivery. The contracting authority is not a clearing customer at Nord Pool.
The assignment involves the service provider taking on the role of clearing customer at Nord Pool, including carrying out all physical and financial trade with energy in their own name and at their own risk, and will, thereby, have complete supervision of and liability for the portfolio in the contract period.
