This contest is to be considered as a voluntary contest. The contest intends to secure knowledge about the contest for any interested parties.
Oslo Lufthavn AS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Avinor and was established in 1992. The company has area, competency and runway capacity for a long-term development, and focus on route development for the both business and leisure needs.
Oslo Lufthavn currently consists of a terminal building with an arrival and departure level with an annual capacity of approx. 23 000 000 passengers. A new terminal, (T2) is under construction and is planned for completion in Autumn 2017. Development stage 1 will have an annual passenger capacity of approx. 28 000 000 passengers per annum, and fully developed it will have a capacity of approx. 35 000 000 passengers per annum. The total commercial area made available after the opening in 2017, is approx. 22 000 m².
The area available for business activities is desired to be leased out to professional participants, who can ensure an effective utilisation according to the company's goal setting. The contract's start-up date is set to be 1.1.2017 or after agreement.
The overall scope of the business for which tenders are requested is as follows:

Facilitated areas on both the arrival and departure levels.
— Total area of departure level for domestic approx 12 areas.
— Total area of departure level for international approx 17 areas.
— Total area of arrival level approx 5 areas.

A contest will be held with negotiation for the contracts. All invited tenderers will have the opportunity of a site visit of the premises.
