About NSM
The Norwegian National Security Authority (NSM) is the central directorate for the protection of information and infrastructure that is of significance for critical social and other important society functions. NSM shall be a driving force for the improvement of security conditions and shall provide advice on the development of security work in society. The directorate is administratively under the Ministry of Defence and reports to the Ministry of Justice and Public Security for cases in the civil sector.
About the procurement
The aim of the procurement is to cover NSM's need for lunch and catering services for course participants at our course centre for preventative security in Sandvika. The contract shall also cover the delivery of sporadic meeting food to our departments in Sandvika.
Our other 2 locations (Kolsås in Bærum and Bryn in Oslo), will principally order course and meeting food from their own canteens. On occasions when these canteens do not have the capacity, or cannot delivery the requested products, these locations will have the opportunity to order over the framework agreement.
