The Water and Sewage Department (VAV) intends to enter into a framework agreement with one — 1 — supplier who can offer manhole ladders and assembly sets.
Call-offs on the framework agreement will be made by the central store at Veitvet, Veitvetveien 23, 0596 Oslo, which is the store for all the departments in VAV. The products shall be delivered to the stated address at Veitvet, with free delivery (DDP Incoterms 2000).
Approx. 100 assembly sets will ordered each time the central store places an order for assembly sets.
VAV has in the last 4 year period used the following amounts under the framework agreement, the statistics for 2011-2014 show that VAV uses approx.:
700 sets of the assembly set for cone-manholes,
200 sets of the assembly sets for slab-manholes,
200 aluminium 6-step ladders,
400 aluminium 8-step ladders,
200 aluminium 10-step ladders,
100 aluminium 14-step ladders,
5 secure tops for the ladders.
The assembly sets are in acid resistant steel. See annex 1a, specifications - assembly set.
