In connection with the construction of a new sewage treatment plant, sewage pipelines shall be laid from Lørenfallet and Sørli to Hammeren. The pipelines are to be partly laid in Rømua. The tender is for the delivery and work of laying the pipelines, the construction of a drop tank at Sørli and fibre cable/supply pipe. The works also include connections, load weights, the construction of an end arrangement for overflow at Hammeren etc. In addition a main pipeline shall be laid for Nedre Romerike Waterworks (NRV) from Sørli over to the other side of Rømua.
The greatest water depth in Rømua is approx. 5 m.
