Samnanger municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement with up to five service providers for municipal loans. The service providers have been pre-qualified to participate in later mini competitions for loans and any refinancing of existing loans. It may also be appropriate to get tenders for parallel services for certificates and bonds in the mini competitions. The framework agreement does not include certificates/bonds and interest rate protection agreements.
