The Petroleum Directorate has a need to have Norwegian and foreign periodicals delivered and will enter into a framework agreement with one supplier. The framework agreement will be for 2 years with an option for OD to extend the contract for 1+1 year.
The service will involve regular orders of periodicals, including renewals and terminations on periodicals. See the tender documentation and annexes for details.
