The contracting authority is open to accept parallel tenders. Parallel tenders mean tenders that completely fulfil the requirements specified in Part 2 Annex 1 Specifications.
All relevant minimum and evaluation requirements must be answered for both parallel tenders. Tenderers shall price each parallel tender in the price form. Separate completed Part 2 Annex 1 Specifications and Part 2 Annex 2 Price Form shall be submitted for each parallel tender.
