When a vehicle passes a toll station without an Autopass chip, a picture is taken of the vehicle. First the vehicle number of the vehicle is tried to be read by the contracting authority's computer system. The service provider shall carry out a manual processing of pictures that the contracting authority's computer system cannot manage to read. The procurement aims to see to the contracting authority's need for services connected to manual picture processing. The service actually consists of registering/writing the vehicle's number that is on the picture. This is done via a web interface.
