Troms county (TFK), hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers on behalf of itself, Troms fylkestrafikk (TFT) and Storfjord, Kåfjord, Nordreisa, Kvænangen, Skjervøy, Lyngen, Tromsø, Karlsøy, Balsfjord, Bardu, Lenvik, Ibestad and Berg municipalities, to a competition for telephony services.
Troms county will enter into a framework agreement with one service provider. All who are a part of the competition will be obliged to follow the contract. Some participants could choose to take away minor parts of the tender.
The competition includes both land-line telephony and mobile telephony as well as the accompanying services within the telephony area. The contracting authority would like the service provider to be a cooperation partner who can help with making the telephony services in the entities more efficient. The contract shall give more value in the form of good administrative routines and cooperation.
