Bergen municipality shall prepare an area development plan for Smålungeren. We require a consultant team for assistance with the planning work up until the 1st political discussion of the plan proposal.
The primary function in the planning work is a car park under Smålungeren as a replacement for ‘Bygarasjen’. The main aim is to allow for increased use of a central town area, where the preservation of cultural heritage values in buildings and parks is combined with an improvement in the water environment and new exploitation of the underground areas. There shall also be clarification on whether areas within the Town Hall block and the Lysverksbygget can be developed.
